Shipping Information

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Back ordered items might be delayed.  You will be notified if an item is on back order.

We offer free shipping on almost all of our products for your pet! 

         Exceptions to this are:
Shipping charge for pet food is $10.00 in the U.S.
Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls is $12.00 in the U.S.
Shipping charge for beds is $15.00 in the U.S. Additional beds within the same order are charged $12.00 within the U.S.

USPS Express Mail:
If you want to order over night service, please contact us at 863-852-9969.  U.S. Postal Service cut off time is 2 p.m.  Please call us before 1 p.m., as we will require additional time to meet this request.  Express Mail charge is an additional charge of $20.00.
