Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is your normal shipping time frame?
Our normal shipping time for in-stock items is 24 hours. Orders placed for out of stock items usually ship within 10-15 business days. If your item is backordered for more than 30 days we will contact you via email to advise you of your item’s status. If you require an exact shipping time frame, kindly email us at info@jadore-my-pet.com. We will gladly assist you with an accurate shipping timeframe. Our shipping fees are based on the total purchase prior to tax. All orders are charged in full upon order placement. Please note not all items may come in the same box.
For an additional charge some items may be shipped overnight via Federal Express or DHL. Please contact us for details on our expedited shipping policies and pricing at info@jadore-my-pet.com
2. How are your packages shipped?
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
3. How will I know my package is shipped?
J’adore My Pet, LLC will send you an e-mail once your order has shipped with delivery information.
4. Is express shipping available?
If you want to order overnight service, please contact us at 863-852-9969. USPS cutoff time is 2 p.m. Please call us before 1 p.m., as we will require additional time to meet this request. Express Mail is an additional charge of $20.00
5. What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on almost all of our products for your pet!
Exceptions to this are:
Shipping charge for pet food is $10.00 in the U.S.
Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls is $12.00 in the U.S.
Shipping charge for beds is $15.00 in the U.S. Additional beds within the same order are charged $12.00 within the U.S.
6. What credit cards do you accept for payment?
J’adore My Pet gladly accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as well as PayPal merchant services.
7. What is your policy on orders paid using checks or money orders?
We will gladly accept all orders paid via check or money order. Please contact us at info@jadoremypet.com for our policy regarding check and money orders.
8. I don’t see my dog’s size listed, are more sizes available?
If you don’t see your pet’s size listed on our website kindly e-mail us at info@jadoremypet.com. J’adore My Pet lists the most common sizes our clients require. This allows us to offer a broader range of products. However, at times our items are available in alternate sizes. If we can accommodate your pet’s need we will gladly do so. Extra charges and shipping time may apply for special orders. Please measure your dog accurately as we cannot accept any returns on special size orders.
9. What is a special order?
A special order is any item that is customized for your dog specifically in the manner of size or personalization. Special orders are also merchandise that is not in our regular catalog of items but obtained specifically for a client through a special request.
10. What is your policy on order cancellations or changes?
We regret, orders cannot be canceled or changed once you have completed the checkout process. We are committed to processing and shipping your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed, we immediately begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
11. What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 15 business days from the date your order was delivered to your doorstep to determine whether you would like to keep or return the item(s). You may return any product that is not considered custom made or clearly marked non-refundable in the product description and is unused. J’adore My Pet reserves the right to determine if the product is used or not. If a product is returned used or not within the timeframe mentioned, we will not exchange, replace, or issue a credit, for said product. No exceptions! You must return the product including the original manufacturers packaging at your expense. If you choose an alternate product, it will be shipped to you at our expense for the first occurrence. Any return/exchange thereafter, will incur a $10 charge per item for a restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges and any item that is over $100 will be at an additional restocking charge, depending on the weight of the product.
12. My shipment arrived damaged or defective what should I do?
If your shipment came damaged or any part is defective J’adore My Pet wants to make it right. Please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the merchandise and we will gladly take care of the problem. Unfortunately, after the forty-eight (48) hour time period we will not be able to accept your damaged or defective merchandise for return.
13. Where should I send my returns or exchanges?
Please ship all unused merchandise & original return & exchange form to:

On the packing slip please denote the reason for the return and the manner in which you would like your refund handled marking either merchandise exchange or store credit. J’adore My Pet will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.
14. Do you ship packages internationally?
No. At this time due to insurance reasons we are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.
